Abdirashid Dhuhulow is a visionary entrepreneur who transformed Somalia's tech landscape through Dhulow Group. Starting in 2004 during the country's civil war, he built Somalia's first fiber-optic network and pioneered mobile money systems that now serve 70% of the population. His eDahab platform became the foundation for Africa's first digital currency exchange compliant with international standards.

Dhuhulow's visionary projects include the Somalia Data Hub - a national cloud infrastructure enabling government services - and the Smart Mogadishu initiative that reduced public corruption through blockchain transparency.
