Amal Muslim is a prominent Sudanese activist and founder of the Sudanese Women's Empowerment Network, playing a pivotal role in the 2019 Sudanese Revolution that toppled Omar al-Bashir's regime. Her leadership in organizing peaceful protests through digital campaigns and community mobilization strategies has inspired global attention. She currently serves as director of Sudan Human Rights Monitor, focusing on transitional justice and gender equality initiatives. In 2022, she launched the Women's Economic Empowerment Initiative, providing vocational training to over 5,000 marginalized women.
