Bisi Ezerioha is a Nigerian innovator born in 1978 who founded CodeLicious in 2014 - Africa's first coding school exclusively for women. This initiative has trained over 5,000 female developers, with 80% securing tech jobs at companies like Google and IBM. Ezerioha's Girls Got IT program provides free STEM education to underserved communities through mobile labs.

Her Africa Dev Hub platform connects female developers with global clients, generating $25 million in project revenue for participants.
