Ebele Mogo (born 1978) is a Nigerian entrepreneur and founder of She Leads Africa, a pan-African initiative dedicated to building leadership capacity among African women. Her organization has trained over 10,000 women leaders across 40+ countries, creating a network that challenges gender disparities in business and politics.

Mogo's career began in investment banking with Goldman Sachs, where she observed systemic barriers facing women in African economies. In 2015, she launched She Leads Africa with the vision of 'a continent where every African woman has the opportunity to lead'.
