Fatima Al-Mutairi is a visionary artificial intelligence researcher from Saudi Arabia who developed the HealthAI platform, a first-of-its-kind Arabic-language telemedicine system. Launched in 2021, this AI-driven tool provides free medical consultations to underserved populations in 13 Middle Eastern countries. The platform's symptom checker has been used over 2 million times, with 93% accuracy validated by King Saud University studies.

Al-Mutairi's team at Tech for Health created the first Arabic speech-to-text medical dataset, enabling voice-based consultations for illiterate patients. Her 2023 paper in Nature Medicine details an algorithm predicting diabetes risk using social media data, now deployed in 500+ clinics.

She co-founded the Women in Tech Initiative Saudi (WITS) in 2022, mentoring 500+ female engineers. Her collaboration with the WHO's Digital Health division expanded services to refugees in Yemen and Syria.
