Ibrahim Raisuwa (b. 1982) is a Nigerian tech entrepreneur who created the eLearning Nigeria initiative in 2005. His KnowItAll app provides free STEM education to rural students using solar-powered devices, while his Africa Digital Classroom network connects 500+ schools across 12 countries. He developed the mPower platform that translates educational content into 15 African languages, and his TechAfrica foundation trains 20,000+ educators annually.
