Born in Monterrey, Lozano was motivated by his mother’s struggle with diabetes to create a scalable solution. In 2011, he launched a chain of clinics offering comprehensive care—consultations, lab tests, and medications—for just $5 per visit.

His model combines technology and streamlined processes to cut costs. Patients receive personalized care through proprietary software that tracks treatment progress, while bulk purchasing of supplies reduces expenses. With over 60 clinics nationwide, Lozano’s initiative serves 250,000+ patients annually, preventing complications like amputations and blindness.
