Lina Al-Mogbel is a trailblazing Saudi entrepreneur who founded SheCodes Arabia in 2021, a coding academy that has trained over 15,000 women across the Middle East. Her initiative addresses the region's tech gender gap, with 83% of graduates securing tech roles within six months of completion. The program combines online courses with in-person hackathons, including the landmark 2023 Riyadh Women's Tech Summit attended by 2,000 participants.
