Colombian social entrepreneur empowering women through digital education platforms
María Fernanda Caballero is the founder of Mujeres con Código, a Colombian nonprofit training 10,000+ women in coding and digital skills since 2020. Her initiative has created the first all-female tech collective in Latin America, with 68% of graduates securing tech sector jobs. In 2022, she launched Code4Equality, a blockchain-based platform tracking gender disparities in STEM education across 15 countries. Her partnership with UNESCO's Girls in ICT Program has expanded her reach to 300+ rural communities.
