Naval El-Sawy (born 1972) is a visionary Egyptian entrepreneur and founder of TechWadi Egypt, the first technology incubator in the Arab world. Through her work, she has transformed Cairo into a global tech hub while championing women's participation in STEM fields. El-Sawy's initiatives like the NileX accelerator program have supported over 200 startups, creating thousands of jobs in sectors like renewable energy and fintech.
