Jordanian educator bridging digital divides through AI-powered learning platforms

Nisreen Ghazal (born 1988) is a Jordanian computer scientist and founder of TechBridge, an AI-driven education platform connecting 50,000+ students in MENA region with global tech mentors. Her 2020 startup developed the first Arabic-language coding curriculum certified by Google's Grow with Google program.

Ghazal's WomenDev initiative (2022) trained 8,000+ Arab women in AI and cybersecurity, leading to 30% placement in tech jobs. Her partnership with UNESCO in 2023 created the 'Digital Nomad Visa' program for MENA region developers.

In 2024, she launched the CodeCraft Academy in Amman, providing free Raspberry Pi devices to underprivileged students. Ghazal's 2025 collaboration with MIT Open Learning developed Arabic accessibility features for OpenCourseWare, now used by 120,000+ learners.
