Rahul Shewale is a visionary entrepreneur transforming environmental conservation through technological innovation. Born in 1987 in Pune, India, he founded EcoMatcher in 2015 - a blockchain platform connecting climate action projects with global funding. His system uses smart contracts to ensure transparent carbon credit transactions, enabling small-scale reforestation and renewable energy projects to access international capital. Shewale's work has facilitated over 500 projects across 30 countries, including mangrove restoration in Bangladesh and solar energy initiatives in Kenya.
