Rashmi Uday Singh (b. 1975) is an Indian digital rights advocate who launched Women's Web in 2010 - India's largest online community for professional women. This platform now reaches 3 million monthly users with career advice, networking opportunities, and mental health resources. Her creation of India's first crowdsourced wage transparency database (PayParity) exposed gender pay gaps in tech sectors, leading to revised HR policies in over 200 companies. Singh's Breaking Barriers book series (2016-2020) documents stories of 500+ women overcoming systemic barriers. Her work inspired the 2017 Supreme Court ruling mandating parental leave for all working parents.
