Innovative Solutions

Elmorsy's Halqa initiative provides microloans via blockchain, reaching 12,000 women in 2023. Her partnership with ITU expanded digital literacy programs to 200 villages, reducing Egypt's rural internet gap from 68% to 42% in 3 years.
