Siddharth Kaushal's work with Aarohi Education has redefined rural education in India's most underserved regions. His team developed the Mobile Learning Pods - solar-powered classrooms on wheels equipped with VR labs and AI tutors. Deployed in 150+ villages across Bihar and Odisha, these units have reached 35,000+ children, achieving literacy rates 7x higher than government averages. Kaushal pioneered the Skill Village initiative, combining traditional craft training with digital literacy for tribal communities. His collaboration with UNESCO produced the Open Learning Framework, adopted by 8 African countries to adapt their curricula.
