Sofía Beatriz Giusti is the founder of LearnCrunch, an AI-driven education platform that has transformed STEM learning for over 500,000 students across 12 Latin American countries since its 2021 launch. Her platform's adaptive learning algorithms tailor content to individual students' progress, with particular focus on girls and rural communities. In Colombia alone, LearnCrunch has increased female enrollment in computer science courses by 67% through its WomenCode initiative.

Giusti's breakthrough came with developing the CodeLingua system - an AI translator that converts programming logic into 15 local languages including Quechua and Guarani. This innovation has enabled indigenous youth in the Amazon basin to participate in global coding competitions. Her work was recognized by UN Women with the 2023 Digital Inclusion Award, and featured in Forbes' 30 Under 30 (2022).
