Sofía Macher is a Mexican social innovator and founder of Code to Change, a platform providing free coding education to marginalized girls since 2013. Her initiative has trained over 15,000 young women in rural Mexico, with 75% of graduates securing tech-related jobs. Macher's CodeGirls program combines online courses with mentorship from Silicon Valley professionals, creating a pipeline of female tech talent.
