Seng pioneered trauma-informed teaching methods tailored for landmine survivors, influencing national education policies. She also co-founded the BomA Centre to provide prosthetics and vocational training. Her work has been documented in 《Rebuilding Cambodia Through Education》, a book highlighting her methodologies. Seng's advocacy extends to global mine action campaigns, earning her recognition from the UN Mine Action Service.
