Almaz Negash is an Ethiopian tech entrepreneur who founded CodeHub Africa in 2021. This initiative has trained over 10,000 women across 15 African countries in coding and digital skills, creating a network of female developers now responsible for 40% of the continent's tech startups. Her groundbreaking work addresses both gender inequality and the tech talent gap, with her CodeCaravan mobile labs reaching remote regions.
