Nigerian software engineer empowering African developers through tech education

Iyinoluwa 'Iyin' Adebayo is a Nigerian software engineer and founder of Ingressive for Good, a nonprofit that has trained over 10,000 African developers since 2018. Born in Lagos in 1995, he began coding at age 13 and later earned a scholarship to study computer science in the US. His work focuses on bridging the global tech divide by providing free education and opportunities for African software developers.

Adebayo's platform offers courses in Python, JavaScript, and machine learning, with a unique focus on solving local challenges through technology. The initiative has created over 500 job placements and launched 150+ social impact projects addressing issues like healthcare access and agricultural efficiency. His work has been highlighted in Forbes Africa and Devex, and recognized by the African Development Bank.
