She also co-founded Jordan Giving Circle, leveraging technology for community-driven philanthropy. Her TED Talk "Education for All" (2018) has over 2 million views, advocating for inclusive tech solutions. Rania's impact includes creating the first Arabic-language e-learning curriculum, featured in UNESCO's Global Education Monitoring Report. She was named one of Forbes' Most Influential Women in Tech (2021) for her role in closing digital divides in MENA regions.
