Sneha Kudaypathi is a legal advocate and founder of the Students' Safety First campaign, which led to India's landmark Sexual Harassment of Students Act 2022. After exposing systemic failures in campus safety through her 2020 investigative report, she mobilized 200+ universities to adopt mandatory safety protocols. Her advocacy directly influenced the creation of independent grievance committees in over 1,500 educational institutions.

Kudaypathi's work has been profiled in BBC and The New York Times, leading to international collaborations with organizations like UN Women. In 2023, she launched the Safe Campus Pledge initiative, now adopted by institutions in 12 countries.
